All jewelry from AllyK by Kimberly will arrive securely packaged. If you would like your item paper gift wrapped, please let me know with any special instructions.

► There is more than one photo of each listing. Photos are ENLARGED to show detail. I list the sizes of all components, especially Gemstones and Navajo Pearls, in the listings. Natural gemstones are formed deep within the Earth over millions of years by geological factors such as heat and pressure. While overall color of stones is a given, natural gemstones are unique and bear their own “fingerprint.”- slight variations from pictures should be expected. Please ensure you are happy with the color and have the correct size needed before ordering. If you have any questions about size, color, etc. please message me.

I have bracelets and ring sizers available that I can ship to you the same day.

► MEASURE & SIZE GUIDE

• BRACELETS - recommend ordering a size that is roughly 1/2 inch larger than one’s actual ankle or wrist size for a comfortable fit. Use a flexible cloth measuring tape or use a string layered snuggly around your wrist or ankle bone and measure it on a flat ruler. The length you choose will be the total length, including clasp.
 
• NECKLACES - All lengths are measured in inches and include the chain for the length you choose-pendant is separate.

• RINGS- I create all rings true to standard US sizing. For the most accurate fit, I suggest having your fingers sized. You can visit a local jeweler to have your desired finger sized.


1 inch extender available for chain items. Ring and bracelet sizes are available on my site if needed.

► PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING STATUS

I make every effort to ship as fast as possible, usually same or the next day. Once your package leaves my hands and is turned over to USPS, or other shipping company, I have no control of what happens to it or their delays. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If this is the case, please contact me immediately.

All of my pieces are handmade with care and well worth the wait. Please be advised that expedited shipping speeds up transit times only and does not speed up our processing times found below:

► MATERIAL & JEWELRY CARE

The majority of my jewelry pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. I use stainless steel wire for stringing gemstones and Navajo Pearls for anklets, bracelets, and necklaces. The few items I have with alloy metal have this listed in the description.

My jewelry is created using durable, high-quality materials. If you have any concerns, I am here to help—just reach out! Before shipping, your item is thoroughly examined and given a final polish before packaging. ♡

I recommend taking your jewelry off when you are about to come in contact with water (showering, swimming, washing hands, etc.) for the best care of your piece. When you are not wearing your jewelry, I recommend storing your jewelry in airtight storage.

► RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

All of my items are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee!

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery for store credit or exchange. As your item(s) are made to order, refunds will be on a case-by-case basis. Items are to be in mint condition and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact me within the return window.

Please note, items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return. Exchanges also cannot be returned a second time.
